Terms & Conditions

By entering the Free Psychic Reading Competition, you consent to having your question and Sarahs’ response displayed on the healingmessages web-site and in the Healing Messages Newlsetter.
Your real name will not be used to protect your privacy.
The selection of the successful applicant will take place approximately once a month.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age to enter.
The successful entry will receive a mini Psychic Reading, which addresses the question asked on the entry form in the week following their entry being chosen.
Should Sarah be unable to complete the mini Psychic Reading in one month (due to illness or being too busy), the entries will be retained until she is able to complete the reading.
Persons who have already won the Free Psychic Reading Promotion are not eligible to enter the competition again.

Collecting Your Personal Information
Healing Messages collects personal information through the Competition entry form.

The winning Entry

As mentioned in the terms & Conditions for the Free Psychic Reading Promotion, the question of the entry chosen and Sarah’s response will be displayed on the healing messages site on the Psychic Reading Gallery page. No personal information about the winning entry will be retained beyond what appears on the site.

Unsuccessful Entries

All unsuccessful entries will be deleted / destroyed within a month after being submitted. During the period in which they are retained, entries will be stored in a secure environment. The information provided through the Free Psychic Reading Promotion will only be used for the purpose of providing a free mini reading to the winning entry. The details provided will not be used for any other purposes, unless they have indicated they would like to receive details of future offers from Healing Messages.

Newsletter

Where the person entering the competition has indicated they would like to receive the regular Healing Messages Newsletter, their email address will be retained in a secure environment and will not be passed on to ANY third parties.

Healing Messages may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Healing Messages or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Healing Messages and our family of Web sites; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Healing Messages employees or agents, users of Healing Messages products or services, or members of the public.

Control of Your Personal Information
Except as otherwise described in this statement, personal information you provide on the Site will not be shared outside of Healing Messages without your permission.
