As always, the focus for Sarah is on being a clear and accurate channel for spirit’s messages and energies and providing her clients with a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth. As part of providing these services, the following terms and conditions apply to the use of healingmessages.com.au & healingmessages.net (the site) and to Psychic Readings / Energy Healings conducted by Sarah.
Please review our privacy policy here as it governs the privacy practices undertaken by healing messages.com and by Sarah.
At all times we will be doing our utmost to maintain the availability of the site or limit the duration of any downtime. However, due to the nature of the internet we can not guarantee the availability of the site at all times. Maintenance and repairs also have to be undertaken to improve the site which may disrupt our service.
All material, including text, graphics and source code are the copyright of Healing Messages or its partners. Any unauthorised use of the materials on this site is strictly prohibited.

All fees listed on healingmessages.com are in Australian dollars. All payments for Readings / Healings must be made in Australian dollars. PayPal has an automatic currency converter and any direct debit payments should also be converted to Australian dollars by the client. A Currency converter has been provided on the international clients page for your convenience.
From time to time, the fees for the service listed on the site will be reviewed. Once you have paid the listed fee for a product or service, or booked a reading/healing, that booking / purchase will of course not be affected by any subsequent changes to the listed fees.

Psychic Readings & Energy Healings
The goal of psychic readings and energy healings is to provide a space for healing and spiritual guidance. Sarah always strives to pass on messages to you as accurately and completely as they are received. The healing energies and messages channeled by Sarah are not intended to replace services provided by a licensed professional such as a lawyer, solicitor, legal expert, doctor, medical specialist, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor, financial advisor or any other expert in any other field. Sarah recommends that you also seek advice from such professionals if required.
Psychic readings are intended as helpful guidance only, your choices in life are always respected and encouraged. No responsibility will be taken for actions taken based on information or advice given by Sarah during readings or healings. No responsibility will be taken for any misunderstandings of information given during readings or healings by Sarah and action taken accordingly by the sitter.
Healings are intended to be a therapeutic only. No promises are made that any disease and/or health condition/mental condition/emotional condition will be cured. If you are unwell, Sarah advises that you seek help and advice from the appropriate licensed professional. No responsibility will be taken by Sarah for any alleged reactions to an energy healing both physical and/or emotional/mental/spiritual.
Conditions Regarding Drugs & Alcohol
It is a condition that any person coming to a reading or energy healing in person or by phone/distance healing be sober - not under the influence of any mind/mood altering drug. In such cases that a person is under the influence of drugs Sarah reserves the right to refuse the reading/energy healing immediately and if Sarah is not aware that the sitter is under the influence of drugs and they cannot remember the reading or feel the effects of the energy healing as a result of this then Sarah accepts no responsibility for this and no refund will be given.
Conduct During Psychic Readings / Energy Healings
Due to the nature of psychic readings and mediumship, opening oneself up to the energies of spirit requires that all parties concerned remain respectful and committed to the common purpose of healing and greater understanding. Sarah Reserves the right to refuse to do a Reading / Energy Healing without explanation. If during the booking process, or the reading / healing process, Sarah feels threatened or disrespected by the client, she reserves the right to discontinue the service. In these cases, refunds will be issued in accordance with the healingmessages.com.au Refund Policy below. Sarah may also at her discretion refund amounts paid beyond this policy, depending on the circumstances.
In Sarah’s experience, an overwhelming majority of people take part in the reading/healing process in a spirit of healing and unconditional love. She hopes that you enjoy your reading/healing in this same spirit.
If you decide not to proceed with your Reading or Energy Healing, please notify Sarah as soon as possible. This will help Sarah re-allocate your place and ensure that she does not prepare a reading unnecessarily.
Refunds are given only in the following circumstances:
- Sarah has not yet begun preparing your email/postal reading,
- Prior to commencement of your Phone / in-person reading, or Energy Healing.
Sarah also may at her discretion refund amounts paid beyond this policy, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
All Readings and Energy Healings are given in good faith and Sarah is careful to pass on the messages she receives for you as accurately and completely as possible.

We have listed weights of the crystals being sold where possible to help give the purchaser some idea of the size of the crystal being purchased. Please note that where weights are stated as an average, the actual weight of your crystal could be slightly more or less than the state average. Where the weight is shown as a range, your crystal could weigh anywhere within that range.
Sarah has hand-picked all crystals in the store for their beauty and healing energy and you can be sure of getting the quality piece you paid for.
The crystal images in the shop are actual photographs of the crystals purchased for the store. There will be variation in size and colour between crystals and the crystal purchased by you may not be the exact crystal in the pictures. Crystals sold however will not be uniformly different from the pictures. .
All prices are listed in Australian $. Only Australian dollars will be accepted in payment.
Every effort will be made to post your crystal on the business day following your payment where possible. You will receive an email letting you know when your package has been sent.
Refunds will not be given for wrong selections.
Sarah takes great care to package your crystals securely, with padding to avoid breakages. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for breakages or lost packages, however we do offer to send packages by Registered Post (incl. Insurance for up to $100) for $2.95. This can be added to your cart in the crystal shop.
Psychic Reading Parties
Please note that all Terms and Conditions listed above for Psychic Readings and Energy Healings also apply to Parties.
Additional Terms & Conditions for Parties
To ensure a smooth and uplifting experience at your psychic party, Sarah has established some terms & conditions for Parties below.
Booking Period
Minimum Booking period is 2 hours.
Maximum Booking period is 3 hours
Payment and Refunds
- A deposit of $50 via PayPal or bank deposit is required to secure your booking.
- A refund of the deposit amount is available up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the party commencement, providing communication with Sarah about the cancellation of your party booking has been confirmed via email or phone.
- A quote for the full cost of the psychic party will be provided over phone or email prior to the party commencement.
- Full payment (less deposit amount) is required prior to Sarah leaving the party.
- Please ensure there is one payment amount only. If party guests are contributing individually to the cost, please ensure their contributions have been combined prior to completion of the readings; any readings that go for longer than the arranged time - the additional payment amount can be made by the person receiving the reading at the time.
- Once the arranged readings and time has been completed, any further reading time will be charged at $120 per hour ($60 per half hour, $30 per 15 mins etc), should Sarah agree to continue.
- Cash only will be accepted on the day. Please bring correct change if possible.
- There is a small additional charge for travel costs where the party is greater than 50 km from Morayfield. If this charge is applicable, it will be quoted to you at the time of booking.
Changes to your booking
Please contact Sarah as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your booking.
Drugs & Alcohol
Guests should try to delay the consumption of alcohol until AFTER their reading, as alcohol can diminish a person’s ability to focus and take-part in the reading process.
Readings will not be given to guests who are intoxicated with drugs or alcohol.
The Reading Space
A quiet and orderly room is required for Sarah to conduct readings. This room should be separate to the general party activity.
Sarah reserves the right to discontinue or refuse a reading without explanation where she feels threatened or disrespected by a client. Due to the sensitive nature of psychic work, Sarah will not work in these conditions.

"Site"). By accessing the Site, you are consenting to the information collection
and use practices described in this privacy statement.
Collecting Your Personal Information
Healing
Messages collects personal information from persons who request a reading through
our online booking system, or from those who contact Sarah by email/phone. The personal
information we collect in the booking process may include your name, email address,
phone number, and address or country, and photographs for the reading. The Site may
collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service
provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet;
the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site
and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site.
This information is used for the operation and improvement of the Site.
Psychic Readings
All information disclosed in the process of Readings and Energy Healings is kept in the strictest of confidence. No readings/healings are discussed with any third parties and any Testimonials or letters to Sarah are only published with the authors consent.
Use of Your Personal Information
Under no circumstance is all or any part of your personal information kept filed or stored either electronically or in hard copy form for any other reason, other than for the services you have requested. Once your request for a reading or healing has been fulfilled by Sarah, all photographs forwarded are deleted or destroyed. Your contact details will also be deleted / destroyed, unless you agree for Sarah to retain them.
Information provided by you as part of a credit card transaction is passed directly to the secure PayPal site in an encrypted form for processing and is not held or received on the healingmessages.com.au server or by Sarah. Personal information will not be used for any other transaction or purpose or provided to any third party.

Any information collected in respect of your Site visit will be used to provide you
with more effective customer service, to improve the Site and any related Healing
Messages products or services, and to make the Site easier to use.
If you consent
to us doing so, we may use your personal information to provide you with important

critical updates and notifications. Additionally, with your permission, we may send
you information about other Healing Messages products and services.
Healing Messages hires other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as Web site hosting. These companies will not receive or have access to any of your personal details.
